Refund policy

Eligible Items:

• -Items that have a manufacturer’s flaw.
• -Items that have not been washed or worn. 
• -Items that have not been altered or have custom embroidery.
• -Custom made Jumpers or Skirts are not eligible to be returned.
• -Face Masks are not eligible to be returned.

Return Policy:

• -To receive store credit or exchange items for a different product, exchanges must be made within 90-days of receiving the product.
• -To receive a full refund, eligible items must be returned within 30 days.

How to return an item:

• -We accept returns in person at our store or at our school Pop-Ups.
• -You may also ship your items to our store, please include the original Order Number and which sizes/items you'd like us to send back to you.
