RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Which items may be returned or exchanged
- You may return any item for a full refund as long as it hasn’t been worn, washed and with original tags.
- You may also return/exchange items that have a manufacturer’s flaw.
- Custom made Jumpers and skirts are not eligible for return. We apologize but, altered uniforms are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to return an item
- Simply download the return/exchange form from our website. Fill in all applicable information and mail, UPS or FedEx your items back to us. You may also bring your returns into our store any day for a refund or exchange.
- If your order was shipped to you there should be a yellow return form in the shipping package. Please fill that out and include in your return package.
- All shipping fees are your responsibility unless we shipped you incorrectly. If it is Normans fault, we will reimburse you for your shipping costs.
